We’re all beyond grateful that it’s the Distortion time of the year again. A massive street party/festival with a line-up as massive (Tale of Us among those who’ll doubtlessly give us something to remember) a short train ride away this weekend. It’s hard to think of a better way to commence a kick ass month like this than to rave for two days at the Copenhagen harbour. If you’re tight on money, there’s going to be heaps of open airs (God fest til Godtfolket for those into progressive stuff) and parties outside of the festival to hang out at. Copenhagen will be boiling.
Not only Stockholm underground pioneer Damien Eie but also Jessie Granqvist, already an absolute legend who’s truly outdone herself every single time I’ve seen her play (and there’s been a few), are headlining Malmorave this week. Don’t miss out!
In collaboration with Stockholm based music collective Drömfakulteten and Samuel Hertz, Tlön is hosting ”a tribute to the souls of the dead” – the best choice if you’re in the mood for something ambient.
Lucky you if you’re staying in town as well – Apeiron is hosting another night at Inkonst and it will probably be as good as always.
